Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give the most notice possible, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. Please understand by booking an appointment you are reserving my time. Last minute cancelations or reschedules directly effect my bottom line and availability. This fee is non negotiable and will apply to new and existing clients. Please note if you are more than five minutes late to your appointment I may not be able to take you for said appointment. You may be asked to reschedule and this fee will apply. If you are going to be late please let me know so I can plan accordingly or reschedule you.

After three last minute (less than 24 hour notice) cancellations/reschedules you will be charged 100% of the service cost for every cancellation or reschedule within that time frame following. 

No call no shows will be charged 100% of that service cost.

There will be no children under the age of 10 allowed inside the studio. I am not a baby proof environment and there are sterile supplies, chemicals and many breakable items inside the studio that make it unsuitable for children. I want you to be able to fully enjoy your appointment time without distraction and I want to be able to focus on giving you the best service possible, so please plan for child care prior to your appointment.

Please do not bring more than one adult guest to your appointment with you.
